Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance, inspecting and repairing building systems, and completing tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently
  • Inspect and repair building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC units
  • Complete tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor, including repairs, replacements, and installations
  • Operate and perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment and related systems
  • Perform general cleaning functions as required
  • Report any conditions requiring maintenance or cleaning to the Maintenance Supervisor
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Two to four years of previous experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
