Job Title:
Registered Nurse (MED SURG)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Compunnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical nursing and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation of patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Utilize effective communication skills to educate patients and families about their care and treatment options.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements:
• At least 24 months of experience as a MED SURG TELE RN in a hospital setting.
• Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to access, enter, and interpret computerized data/information.
• Effective interpersonal skills to facilitate communication with various members of the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Strong organizational skills to set priorities and efficiently complete assigned work.

Education:
• Graduate from an accredited nursing school, with an Associate's or Bachelor of Science degree program; BSN preferred.

Certification & License:
• Licensed to practice professional nursing as a Registered Nurse.
• Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications.

Certification:
Basic Life Support , Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
