Logistics Coordinator

As a Delivery Driver at Farmer's Fridge, you will play a crucial role in achieving our mission of making healthy food more accessible to everyone. You will be responsible for delivering fresh food to our wholesale retail partners and Smart Fridges, ensuring timely and efficient delivery experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently maneuver city streets in a company-owned refrigerated van to deliver food to customers, fridges, and retail partners.
Use an iPad or cell phone to communicate completed deliveries and ensure accurate tracking of delivery status.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude, being the face of Farmer's Fridge when interacting with customers and team members.
Requirements:
Professional driving experience, particularly with food shipment using a refrigerated vehicle (preferred).
Ability to use technology, including Gmail, Slack, iPads, and cell phone apps.
Some knowledge of mechanics for minor repairs to vans or Smart Fridges.
Ability to read and understand delivery instructions and lift at least 50 pounds.
Personal Qualities:
Friendly and welcoming personality when interacting with customers and team members.
Organized and able to ensure proper badges, documents, and equipment for successful deliveries.
Teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to depend on others and contribute to a positive team environment.
Improvement-oriented mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
