Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all crew activities for daily operations, including site travel, material management, work quality assurance, inspection report approvals, field communication, and equipment care.
- Engage with clients on-site to ensure satisfactory completion of tasks.
- Foster company culture among crew members, emphasizing professionalism, communication, work ethic, safety, and positive attitude.
- Ensure that job materials are properly maintained and utilized efficiently.
- Safely operate heavy machinery, including trenchers, skid steers, bobcats, backhoes, and sweepers, while adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and proficiency in electronic tools (e.g., smartphones, computers).
- Complete all necessary documentation and submissions accurately and promptly.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in construction or landscaping.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to work weekends and extended hours as necessary.
- Physical capability to lift, pull, and push materials and equipment, with the ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday. (Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.)
