Compensation and Benefits

The company offers a competitive salary range of $25-$35 per hour for the Day Shift (6:00AM - 2:00PM, M-F) and $27-$37 per hour for the Night Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 AM, M-F) with a $2/hour shift differential.

Job Description

Fabrication Specialists will be responsible for welding components in various positions, requiring high skill levels, accuracy, and a strong understanding of safety protocols. Ideal candidates will have a solid work history and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities include operating welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently, reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics, using different welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding, performing maintenance on equipment and tools, inspecting welds for quality, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MIG and TIG welding experience with proficiency in carbon and stainless steel.
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
