Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will play a critical role in delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests and members. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every interaction with our club is positive, engaging, and memorable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring that each member receives outstanding support throughout their visit.
  • Strive to continuously improve the member experience, revenues, and retention rates by identifying opportunities for growth and implementing effective solutions.
  • Maintain solid product knowledge and awareness of all services, merchandise, and promotions to provide informed recommendations and drive sales.
  • Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash accountabilities at POS registers.
  • Understand the business opportunities presented by every phone call, prospect, and interaction within the club, utilizing this information to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Master the tour process, building excitement and value with potential new members to create an exceptional first impression.

Requirements

  • High energy levels and enthusiasm, with a passion for fitness and a love of people.
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency and flexibility, as needed during closeouts or end-of-month tasks.
  • A 'roll-up-the-sleeves' mentality, with a proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales goals.
