Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled React Developer with experience in OSS/BSS to design, develop, and maintain user interfaces for telecommunications networks and services.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and efficient software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our telecom infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop user interfaces for OSS/BSS applications using React and related libraries and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
  • Implement front-end components and features to support telecom network operations, service fulfillment, service assurance, billing, customer management, and network inventory.
  • Integrate front-end interfaces with back-end systems and APIs to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Optimize application performance, usability, and accessibility across different devices and browsers.
  • Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and stability of front-end code.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in front-end development, OSS/BSS, telecom, and user experience design to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with back-end developers, testers, and other team members to deliver integrated software solutions on time and within budget.
  • Document technical designs, implementation details, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience as a React Developer, with a focus on building user interfaces for OSS/BSS applications in the telecom industry.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and React, with experience working with Redux or other state management libraries.
Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, Sass/Less, and responsive design principles.
Experience with front-end build tools and package managers, such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming concepts.

Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices, with experience collaborating with designers to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with diverse stakeholders.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile software development methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other front-end frameworks and libraries, such as Angular, Vue, or TypeScript.
Familiarity with UI testing frameworks and tools, such as Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress.
Understanding of telecom networks, protocols, and OSS/BSS systems.
Experience with containerization and cloud-native development.
