Job Summary

We are seeking a Leasing Manager to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for building relationships with residents, identifying community trends, and driving leasing performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build community knowledge and identify trends to inform leasing strategies
  • Connect residents to community through effective leasing administration and training
  • Prioritize curb appeal and maintain accurate knowledge of the property and market
  • Manage the leasing process, including sales strategies and follow-through
  • Keep accurate records of prospective and current residents, as well as development needs of the leasing team
  • Train and collaborate with teammates to identify and solve leasing issues
Requirements
  • Prior experience in leasing, retail, banking, or related field(s)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in working with computers, including word processing, calendar management, software/database, and social media
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to undertake training
