Irrigation and Landscape Maintenance Technician

HOAMCO is seeking a skilled Irrigation and Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position reports to the Chief Engineer and Engineering Supervisor, ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of irrigation systems and paved areas within our managed communities.

Responsibilities
  • Repair and replace irrigation components such as valves, controllers, poly lines, sprinklers, and drip systems.
  • Install and maintain pavers in courtyards and sidewalks, ensuring a high-quality, polished appearance.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to identify and address potential issues promptly.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and best practices throughout all work activities.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in irrigation system repair, installation, and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of various irrigation components and technologies.
  • Experience in setting pavers with a focus on achieving a professional finish.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
