**Job Summary**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain wireless communications equipment, including analog and digital Two-Way Radios and wireless communication systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
  • Recommend suitable hardware for customer needs, taking into account industry-specific requirements and system configurations.
  • Perform site surveys and assessments to identify potential issues and optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with customers on project quotes and schedules, providing expert advice and guidance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Service Technician in the wireless communications industry.
  • Proficiency in Motorola, Kenwood, and Vertex equipment, as well as knowledge of RF propagation and communications systems.
  • Experience with RF system design and implementation, including site surveys and assessments.
  • Ability to interpret schematics and diagrams, and provide expert advice on system configurations and upgrades.
