Trayline Attendant

Job Summary: As a Trayline Attendant at Sodexo, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and serving of food from counters and steam tables, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Set up and assemble meals from the tray line or kitchen, adhering to production orders and menu guidelines.
• Read production orders on color-coded menu cards on trays to determine items to place on the tray, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Apportion and place food servings on plates and trays, adhering to portion control guidelines.
• Examine filled trays for completeness, ensuring that all items are present and accounted for.
• Collaborate with the food service team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately count and measure ingredients.
