Job Summary

A Certified Ford Technician inspects, maintains, and repairs vehicles to the highest standards of quality and safety. The successful candidate will perform vehicle service and repair work as assigned, adhering to dealership and factory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform repair, maintenance, and warranty work in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to our dealership's standards.
  • Keep the Service Advisor informed of the repair order's status and estimated completion time, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
  • Continuously learn new technical information and techniques to stay up-to-date with rapidly changing automotive technology.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our dealership's safety policies and procedures.
  • Report to work within acceptable time frames and maintain a high level of professionalism towards customers and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 2-4 years of technician experience or training.
  • ASE certification preferred.
  • Ford Transmission Certified required.
