Key Responsibilities- Work with the Pharmacy Director to implement workflow and productivity measures that achieve performance targets and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the Pharmacy Director and pharmacy staff to execute Company Initiatives, Core Processes, and Quality Initiatives to improve the overall quality of service to our customers.
- Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws/pharmacy regulations and Corporate Compliance Program.
- Assist in managing pharmacy personnel issues in conjunction with the Pharmacy Director.
- Work with Client Services and Sales team to effectively communicate with customers and resolve customer issues.
- Monitor purchasing and inventory supply for the pharmacy to ensure goals are being met.
- Pharmacist license required.
- High school diploma with a minimum of five years management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Pharmacy setting experience, preferably in LTC.
