Procurement Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Associate to join our team at Source One Technical Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global pharmaceutical company based in New Jersey.

This contract position offers the chance to work 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with occasional on-site visits. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent Excel skills and experience working with data analysis.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in procurement or supplier management, with strong analytical skills and ability to train users. SAP experience is a plus, as well as proficiency in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or supplier management tools.

In this role, you will support the Procurement Operations team on various daily activities and project work. Your responsibilities will include database cleanup, shared mailbox management, answering inquiries, and collaborating with suppliers.

• You will need to demonstrate high-level attention to detail and excellent Excel skills.
• Experience with drafting companywide emails and sorting through large amounts of data in spreadsheets is required.
• You will work closely with the Procurement Operations team to ensure smooth operations and meet business needs.
