Oliver Healthcare Packaging is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator I to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of materials throughout our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily priorities and workload through our ERP system and CSI Workbench.
  • Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves using company-provided tools and equipment.
  • Transport materials from various locations to work sites/locations using a variety of material handling tools and equipment.
  • Attach identifying tags or labels to materials or mark information on cases, gaylords, or other containers.
  • Troubleshoot and address any issues or problems that arise during material movement, finding creative solutions and keeping team members informed of status and potential changes to delivery schedules.
  • Work with other members of the materials team on continuous improvement projects to reduce errors and costs as directed by the Team Leader.
  • Clean assigned warehouse and work areas daily, returning tools and equipment to designated areas.
  • Fulfill daily inspection sheets for forklifts and electric hand trucks, and may complete minor maintenance, including making simple adjustments or repairs such as oiling and greasing forklift trucks.
  • Assist with inventory-related tasks, including cycle counting or other methods of inventory control.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a quality assurance or assembler role is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
