KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome residents, guests, and team members with warmth and respect.

  • Assist in the organization of special meals and events.
  • Oversee the proper storage of food items and supplies.

  • Complete daily or scheduled cleaning tasks as assigned.
  • Prepare the dining area for the next meal service before the end of each shift.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to adhere to proper food handling and sanitation standards.
  • Understanding of team dynamics, inventory management, safety protocols, and cleanliness.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of food safety guidelines, including temperature control and equipment sanitation.
  • Passion for working with older adults and their families.
