We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team in Anchorage, Alaska.

As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will provide compassionate care to expectant mothers during one of the most critical times in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers in labor and delivery, including prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care.
  • Work closely with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Educate patients and families on the labor process, pain management options, and postpartum care.
  • Assist in emergency procedures, such as cesarean sections, and provide care in high-risk situations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery preferred.
  • BLS, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), and ACLS certification are preferred.
