Job Description

About the Role:

MI Technical Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to support our SCORE-SNAIRS project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and a good working knowledge of US Navy shipboard engineering procedures and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance standards and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain quality standards and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to employees on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Eligible for DOD secret security clearance.
  • Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
  • Recent quality assurance experience (5 years preferred).
  • Sufficient computer skills, including database and records management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior military experience.
