About the Role:

Kaiser Permanente is seeking an experienced Women's Health Professional to provide high-quality patient care in designated services. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver seamless patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients using established procedures and protocols, ensuring adherence to Kaiser Permanente policy and California Board of Registered Nursing requirements.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care to address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in unit and department Performance Improvement activities and nursing research, identifying and solving problems effectively.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Nursing (unless already a Kaiser Permanente employee who was grandfathered in prior to California Business and Professions Code requirement).
  • Completion of masters program in Adult NP, Family Practice NP, or Women's Health NP required.
  • Nurse Practitioner Certificate (California) and National Provider Identifier required at hire.
  • BLS Certification and Nurse Practitioner National Certificate.

Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 per year, based on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
