Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager with documentation maintenance, adherence standards, training records, process implementation, and improvements.
  • Support vendor/supplier approval and interaction, and internal audits, including scheduling and tracking.
  • Review customer surveys, feedback, and verify customer focus is met.
  • Assist with QMS corrective action process, review, and implementation.
  • Perform general office administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • AA degree from a 2-year college or technical school, or a combination of 6 months+ experience/related training in a manufacturing/aerospace or related industry.
  • MS Office proficiency with high-level Excel skills, including formulas.
  • Working knowledge of ISO/AS9100 and Nadcap standards is strongly desired.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Mathematical skills for all units of measure, common fractions, and percentages.
  • ERP, MRP, or QMS software experience is a plus.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4pm, with some overtime.
