Role Summary:

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will be essential in overseeing inventory, guaranteeing effective storage, and facilitating the movement of materials within our facility. This role demands a meticulous individual skilled in managing various responsibilities associated with inventory oversight and material handling.

Position Location: PAR Warehouse

Reporting To: Material Distribution Leader

Desired Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of pertinent experience in a warehouse or comparable setting.
  • Ability to carry out a series of intricate procedures, communicated both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Organization: Arrange and oversee inventory in line with the designated space utilization strategy to enhance warehouse productivity.
  • Shipment Reception: Diligently receive and assess incoming raw materials and other shipments, ensuring they meet quality benchmarks and are accurately documented.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain precise and comprehensive stock/inventory records, monitoring material movements and transactions.
  • Transaction Processing: Enter and update material transactions into the inventory management system as necessary.
  • Material Inspection: Conduct basic evaluations of materials to confirm their condition and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Material Handling: Select and prepare materials according to orders, transporting them to specified distribution points or locations.
  • FIFO Application: Implement the first-in, first-out (FIFO) method to manage inventory and reduce waste.
  • Return Processing: Assist with the management of returned materials (RMAs), ensuring they are accurately logged and addressed.

Compensation:

The hourly wage for this position is $18/ hr USD, commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments.
