Swimming Center Coordinator

The Swimming Center Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and carrying out the daily pool operations and supervision of pool staff at The Swimming Swan. This role requires strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to make sound decisions under pressure without oversight.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily pool operations and supervise pool staff.
- Manage facility cleanliness and maintenance.
- Implement and manage community aquatics activities and events.
- Maintain the facility at inspection-ready status per state and county commercial pool operation regulations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of pool management experience and hold current Lifeguard Training/CPR/AED/First Aid certification. They must also be able to work with, manage, lead, coach, and reprimand youth staff.
