Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Provide detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual analyses for various stakeholders pertaining to the financial performance of the real estate portfolio.
  • Data Modeling: Establish and maintain data models that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics for the function.
  • Interface with Stakeholders: Interface with sector representatives to accumulate and analyze offline budgets and actuals performance for subsidiary-managed facilities budgets.
  • Close Process: Participate in the monthly and quarterly close process by helping book accruals, expense reclassifications, and other journal entries (allocations) as necessary.
  • Data Validation: Regularly review and validate RE&WS financial system data for disconnects and process improvement opportunities to improve overall data quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of finance experience, including program finance control and operations finance.
  • Skills: Hands-on knowledge of Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs) and related dictionaries, proficiency in MS Excel, and strong organization, analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Clearance: US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Indirect Rate Structure: Experience with Leidos' indirect rate structure and cost accounting practices pertaining to CAS Compliance.
  • CostPoint/Deltek: Specific experience with CostPoint/Deltek.
  • Service Centers: Experience with service centers.
  • Microsoft Project: Experience with Microsoft Project or other scheduling tools.
  • Power BI: Experience with Power BI.
  • Oracle SmartView: Experience with Oracle SmartView and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) highly desirable.
