This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned Cath Lab Technologist to utilize their expertise in a new setting while working with Magnet Medical's dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have experience in catheterization procedures, equipment management, and patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Equipment Preparation and Maintenance: Ensure all necessary equipment is sterile, functional, and properly set up before procedures. Verify patient information and consent forms, prepare patients for procedures, and provide education on what to expect.
  2. Procedure Assistance: Assist cardiologists and other physicians during cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, stent placement, electrophysiological studies, and other interventional procedures. Handle sterile instruments, operate X-ray fluoroscopy equipment, and monitor vital signs.
  3. Post-Procedure Care: Monitor patients for complications, assist with recovery, and provide post-procedure instructions.
  4. Quality Control and Compliance: Adhere to regulatory guidelines, ensure accurate documentation, and participate in regular performance audits.

Magnet Medical offers a competitive salary package, including tax-free stipends, for this 13-week assignment. The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$100,000, based on 40 hours per week and 8 hours of shifts, depending on individual qualifications and experience.
