Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide support services to students in an elementary school setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the SLP in implementing individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support student communication needs
  • Administer assessments and interventions as directed by the SLP
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • Current Oregon SLPA license
  • Minimum 1+ year experience working with students with communication disorders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation

The compensation package for this position includes a competitive hourly rate of $35-45 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a supportive and collaborative work environment.
