We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in fabrication or construction and will be responsible for operating production machinery while adhering to quality and safety protocols.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fabrication or construction.
- Proficient in the use of power tools, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic industrial machinery.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting.
Desirable Attributes:
- Strong commitment to environmental, health, and safety practices.
- A mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery to achieve quality and output goals.
- Adhere to all operational instructions and safety guidelines.
- Safely and efficiently manage one or more pieces of equipment.
- Conduct quality inspections and visually assess products for any defects.
- Accurately complete necessary documentation.
- Be available for night shifts (12-hour continuous operations).
- Perform safety-sensitive tasks as required.
- Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
