About One Medical

We're transforming healthcare by making quality care more affordable, accessible, and enjoyable. Our goal is to improve the experience for everyone involved – from patients and providers to employers and health networks.

Our Mission

We're on a mission to deliver exceptional healthcare to more consumers, employers, care team members, and health networks to achieve better health outcomes. As we continue to grow and seek to impact more lives, we're building a diverse, driven, and empathetic team while working hard to cultivate an environment where everyone can thrive.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at One Medical. In this role, you will have the opportunity to bring more of what our members have come to love and expect: convenient access to world-class care. As part of our team, you will demonstrate ownership for ultrasound practice at One Medical through the provision of quality imaging care in a progressive and human-centered environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and record diagnostic ultrasound procedures including extremity and extremity venous, abdominal, intravaginal/pelvic (non-OB), soft tissue, scrotal, thyroid, lumps, and bumps
  • Ensure ultrasound tests are of high diagnostic quality
  • Effectively explain exams and communicate procedures to members while preparing and positioning members for diagnostic imaging procedures
  • Maintain member records in One Medical's in-house EMR and the image storage platform
  • Proactively inspect and maintain imaging equipment, diagnose malfunctions, and communicate with office leadership regarding any equipment needs
  • Collaborate with providers, administrative assistants, phlebotomists, and telerad vendor partners to provide the best patient experience

You'll be set up for success if you have:

  • 3+ years of full-time experience practicing as an Ultrasound Technician
  • Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Tech Program within the United States and corresponding knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology
  • Current Registration in American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers, with certification in abdominal and pelvic examination
  • Current BLS certification required
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $66.80-$71.00 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include RSUs and/or benefits.
