Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Radiologic Technologist with expertise in Mammography to work on a 12-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and imaging procedures.
About the Assignment:
- Duration: 12 weeks
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8 hours, days
- Type: Travel
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Perform mammography procedures on patients according to established protocols.
- Assist with patient preparation, positioning, and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and imaging results.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in mammography technology.
- Certification: Registered Technologist (RT) with specialty certification in Mammography (R).
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in mammography imaging.
- Licensure: Current licensure in the state of Texas.
