Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Branch Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maximizing sales opportunities, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Manage the entire customer experience, including product selection, order entry, and loading customer vehicles.
  • Sales and Inventory Management: Look for ways to maximize sales opportunities, encourage customer loyalty, and adapt communication style to differing audiences.
  • Warehouse Operations: Pick, prepare, and stage will-call orders, prepare customer backorders, and perform inventory counts.
  • Maintenance and Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized branch appearance, perform housekeeping tasks, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines and process standards.
Requirements
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work any time within branch hours of operation.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and heavier loads with assistance.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to learn and operate powered industrial equipment.
