Job OverviewWe are seeking dedicated Personal Care Companions - No License Required. Individuals with certifications as Home Health Aides and Nursing Assistants are also encouraged to apply. In this role, you will provide direct support to patients, adhering to a personalized care plan. Your compassionate nature will shine as you deliver individualized and attentive support, fostering meaningful connections with those you assist. You should be dependable, capable of working autonomously, and focused on creating a nurturing and secure environment that addresses patient needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position. Previous experience in Home Health or Hospice settings is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish rapport with patients through conversation to promote mental well-being and alertness.
  • Engage patients in activities (without physical contact) such as games, watching television, or other enjoyable pastimes.
  • Document and report observations to your supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Completion of Elementary/High School Education.
  • At least one year of relevant professional experience.
