Farm Rebel Setter

As a Setter for Win at Sales LLC, you will play a crucial role in helping grass-fed beef producers grow their businesses. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with producers, helping them navigate marketing challenges while achieving personal financial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 100+ dials daily, and set at least 3 appointments each day.
• Full-time commitment, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with additional hours if KPIs are not met.
• Compensation includes a $1,500 base salary + 3.75% commission on closed sets, with performance bonuses up to $2,000/month.
• Must be located in the USA or Canada.
• Sales experience or experience in a Setter role is preferred but not required.
