Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Behavior Specialist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavior support and experience working with students with special needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide behavior support to students in various classrooms
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement behavior plans
  • Assist with data collection and progress monitoring
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Highly qualified and meet one of the following requirements: completed 60 college credits, have an Associate's Degree, or taken and passed the ParaPro test
  • Registered Behavior Technician Certificate
  • Prior experience with behavior support is preferred
  • School-based experience is preferred
