Full-time Physiatrist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Broad Run, Virginia.

As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with adult and geriatric clients in their homes, providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing services. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team, working collaboratively to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions
• Continuously assess and revise care plans, participating in multidisciplinary care planning as needed
• Educate and instruct clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to promote independent living
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

• Current VA Physical Therapist license
• Minimum one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
• Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
• Solid computer skills, with prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
