Facilities Maintenance Associate

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this role is to maintain a clean and safe environment in our facilities. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will be responsible for performing a variety of general housekeeping and cleaning duties to ensure our center remains sanitary, attractive, and orderly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all housekeeping and cleaning duties as outlined in the company Housekeeping Manual, including cleaning offices, restrooms, activity rooms, and other areas.
  • Follow a cleaning schedule to ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained on a regular basis.
  • Clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, walls, doors, and ceilings as required.
  • Scour and polish water fountains, sinks, mirrors, and other fixtures.
  • Change slip covers, scarves, and other decorative items when soiled.
  • Arrange furniture and equipment in an orderly fashion.
  • Remove and re-hang curtains, drapes, and dividers for cleaning.
  • Replenish soap and towels in appropriate receptacles.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand directions.
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
