Job Summary

Orange Hill Restaurant is seeking a skilled Banquet Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mix and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages to guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our drink menu and be able to make recommendations to guests.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or bar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Knowledge of mixology and beverage service, with a passion for providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
