We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Data Analyst to join our Quality Assurance and Operational Excellence team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business improvements through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy tools to enable effective use of our Quality Assurance data.
  • Turn QA data into meaningful dashboards and reports for the business.
  • Provide data to support certification and improvement of the company Quality Assurance system as part of our integrated management system (IMS).
  • Develop and conduct training and awareness of Quality Data tools.
  • Work closely with both Document Control function in QA-OE.
  • Support our Master Data Management team with QA related data on initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
  • Work with digital team members engaged with tools and solutions supporting QA, i.e., Intelex, MS Dynamics.
  • Support the End-to-End business process owners and operational excellence team members with data as required.
  • Collaborate with HS&E to share tools and data as needed.
Requirements
  • Extensive work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
  • Ability to analyze existing tools and databases.
  • Familiarity with FLS systems landscape including strong MS Dynamics experience.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works effectively with colleagues from related disciplines (especially IT) and other improvement initiatives within the enterprise.
  • Creative and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills (thinks outside the box).
