Compassionate ABA Specialist Wanted

Salary: up to $30 per hour

Job Description:

  • Foster a supportive environment to enhance communication, foster social interactions, and achieve meaningful progress for every client
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet each child's unique needs
  • Collaborate with BCBA, BCaBA, or Tier 2 Case Managers to ensure effective implementation of ABA programming
  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy and teach developmental milestones utilizing ABA techniques and principles
  • Communicate frequently and effectively with team members

Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree (preferred) OR be in enrolled in a College/University studying psychology, education, or special education or pursuing a degree in a related field
  • Pass a Background Check
  • Have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, and car insurance
  • Have at least one year of experience working with children/teens with special needs (Highly Preferred)

  • Paid drive time, mileage, and benefits package for eligible employees

Location: San Mateo region; flexible work hours between 12 pm to 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
