Teaching Artist for Computer Animation at Bergen Community College

About the Job: We are seeking a highly qualified teaching artist to join our team and teach within our AAS Computer Animation program. As a teaching artist, you will be responsible for teaching studio-based courses in 2D and 3D animation, interactive multimedia, and computer imaging.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach courses in 2D and 3D animation, interactive multimedia, and computer imaging
  • Develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of students
  • Mentor and support students in their artistic growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Animation or related field
  • At least 5 years of industry experience in Computer Animation
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year (dependent on qualifications and experience)
