Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Technician to join our team on a PRN basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing specimen procurement procedures on patients of all age groups in various hospital settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform venipunctures, fingersticks, and heelsticks on patients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Organize incoming requests for collections and respond promptly to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain supplies and equipment, and perform other duties as required by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • 6 months of experience in a hospital setting preferred.
  • Commitment to STHS's Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
  • High School diploma, GED, or higher education required.
  • Phlebotomy Certification from an accredited national credentialing agency preferred.
