About the Role

As a Lead Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for supervising a classroom of 14 toddlers, creating engaging and age-appropriate lessons and activities, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of educators in providing high-quality care and education to toddlers
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
  • Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of all children in the classroom
  • Communicate effectively with families and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment

Qualifications

  • College credits in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • CDA (Child Development Associate) certificate
