  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with sales support systems and data analytics is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in leading a customer success team.
  • In-depth understanding of customer success principles and methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to customer needs.
  • Experience in the drone technology sector is essential.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
