Job Title: Material Handler

Vellichor Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for ensuring the orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished product for final distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Locate and retrieve materials and supplies from inventory and deliver them to production areas.
  • Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items, or signal machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks, ships, and loading docks.
  • Keep inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean.
  • Unload and load containers.
  • Document materials and records units delivered and location of units.
  • Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.
  • Document product shipment by recording units shipped.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Previous stock or inventory experience a plus.
  • Previous experience operating a forklift or pallet jack a plus.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Compensation:

  • $20- $25 per-hour.
