Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Data Accuracy: Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Budget Creation: Participate in the yearly budget creation process.
  • Month-End Close: Month-end close entries, including fixed assets, prepaid accounts, accruals, cost reclassifications, etc.
  • Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Prepares month-end bank and balance sheet reconciliations for all projects and accounts.
  • Additional Duties: Performs related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Education: Four year accounting or business degree.
  • Experience: 5+ years of full cycle accounting experience in a multi-unit real estate/hospitality accounting environment.

Compensation: Up to $100,000.00 per year.
