Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at EvergreenHealth in Kirkland, Washington.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and function as a patient advocate.
  • Assess the comprehensive nursing needs of assigned patients.
  • Coordinate patient and family education.
  • Continuously plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop patient plans of care.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) required within 5 years of employment.
  • Minimum of one-year recent RN experience in critical care or intensive care nursing.
  • Current WA State Registered Nurse License.
  • American Heart Association CPR Healthcare Provider certification.
  • American Heart Association ACLS certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSN or MSN.
  • CCRN certification.
