We are seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at EvergreenHealth in Kirkland, Washington.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and function as a patient advocate.
- Assess the comprehensive nursing needs of assigned patients.
- Coordinate patient and family education.
- Continuously plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop patient plans of care.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) required within 5 years of employment.
- Minimum of one-year recent RN experience in critical care or intensive care nursing.
- Current WA State Registered Nurse License.
- American Heart Association CPR Healthcare Provider certification.
- American Heart Association ACLS certification.
- BSN or MSN.
- CCRN certification.
