The Global Financial Crimes Manager provides performance support coverage for GFC Investigations, ensuring the oversight and adherence to the GFC policy. The activities include quality control monitoring, investigation procedures, governance, project management, business support, vendor management, and operational excellence.

This role involves identifying, developing, and implementing reasonable internal controls to prevent, detect, and report Financial Crimes. Additionally, the individual must achieve compliance with laws and rules relating to Financial Crimes in various jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of experience in Financial Crimes or relevant work, with skills in process map development, change management, and strong communication and presentation abilities.
