Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dish area, including sorting and rinsing dirty dishes and glassware as they arrive throughout the shift.
  • Operate a commercial dish machine safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Manage the use of chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing, ensuring that all equipment and surfaces are properly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Sort and replenish clean dishes to appropriate stations throughout the kitchen, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Assist with light prep work, including tasks such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
  • Maintain a safe working floor in the dish area, including sweeping and mopping as needed.
