Guest Advocate

We're seeking a Guest Advocate to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and creating a welcoming experience for all guests. As a Guest Advocate, you'll be the face of Target, interacting with guests to build trust and loyalty.

• Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage with guests to build relationships and understand their needs, using active listening skills and empathy to create a positive experience.
• Operate a cash register, handle cash transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time, while maintaining guest service, accuracy, and quality.
• Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide support during peak periods.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
