We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team, who is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and service to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions while maintaining accurate and detailed records
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess the patient's condition
- Demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served
- Promote hospital customer service initiatives
- Utilize the nursing process for individual care to meet the needs of patients
- Demonstrate the ability to perform technical skills and procedures
- Current RN licensure by TN Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state
- Current BLS from the American Heart Association
- ACLS and PALS within 1 year of employment
- CPI within 6 months of employment
