Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Companion Caregiver to provide high-quality care and companionship to a lovely elderly lady in her home. As a Companion Caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and engaging in activities that promote her physical and mental well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities such as reading, watching movies, or playing games
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Provide emotional support and listen to her concerns
  • Assist with medication reminders and appointment scheduling
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in caregiving or a related field
  • Newly certified and nursing students welcome to apply
  • Reliable transportation and acceptable motor vehicle history
  • Provide at least 2 professional references (not friends)
  • Willing to submit to background checks
  • Willing to accept at least one shift every other weekend
