The successful candidate will have a robust background in personal injury law and litigation, showcasing a history of effectively managing intricate cases. Core Responsibilities:
- Advocate for clients in personal injury matters, including the preparation and presentation of cases in court.
- Conduct comprehensive investigations, collect evidence, and interview relevant parties.
- Formulate and implement legal strategies aimed at securing positive results for clients.
- Engage in settlement negotiations with opposing parties and insurance representatives.
- Draft and review essential legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Ensure consistent communication with clients, providing legal counsel throughout the litigation journey.
- Stay informed on pertinent laws and legal developments to effectively represent clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized and reputable law school in the United States.
- Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, with the capability to obtain licensure in Colorado.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation or class action law.
- Exceptional analytical, research, and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated capacity to handle complex cases and achieve successful outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits:
